The TUSB3410 device provides bridging between a USB port and an enhanced UART serial port. The device contains an 8052 microcontroller unit (MCU) with 16KB of RAM that can be loaded from the host or from the external onboard memory through an I 2 C. The device also contains 10KB of ROM that allows the MCU to configure the USB port at boot time.

Hello everyone.I'm trying to use DKU-5 cable as USB to Virtual COM port adapter. There are drivers for it on Windows. Now I'm looking for these drivers for macOS and it seems they don't exist.Have found some hereheretried them without any success.
No ttyusbserial appears in my /devIs anybody here who had a fortune to do it?I'll appreciate any input.UPDThe cable chip was TUSB3410.' These TUSB3410 drivers for the MAC OS X operating systems have not been officially released by Texas Instruments, however unsupported, as-is drivers are available for evaluation use'.
I had to write on TI's forum and they emailed me the latest version of these drivers.
Hello, I just installed Windows 10 by creating a partition with disk utility and then using a USB stick to install windows 10 so I haven't used boot camp to create the partition or to install windows. Everything seemed fine until windows started, meaning the mouse & keyboard didn't work, I downloaded the drivers from bootcamp and installed them on the windows partition but still nothing is working.I updated OSX Lion to El Capitan to get bootcamp 6 and get the windows 10 drivers but still, nothing is working. Something I've noticed is that on the windows partition when I click on the info for bootcamp it says Version 5.1 but I'm sure I've downloaded the drivers from Bootcamp 6.After I downloaded the bootcamp 6 drivers I downgraded back to Lion because El Capitan was too problematic, so I can't even download the drivers again, is there a way to download them directly? Iv'e seen a way with Brigadier on some posts but I don't understand how it works.Do the drivers from bootcamp work even if I didn't use bootcamp to install windows or create the partition with it?Please help me!I have an iMac 21,5' late 2012. Your iMac 12,1 is a 2011 model. It's model identifier does not allow Windows 10.
